Regulations - Alcohol on Buses/Coaches
Under Regulations 51(1)(k) of the Public Service Vehicles Regulations (NI) 1985 No. 123, as inserted by Regulation 47(13)(a) of the Public Service Vehicles (Amendment) Regulations (NI) 1990 No. 201, while a public service vehicle is standing, plying or carrying passengers for hire a passenger shall not consume alcohol.
