Regulations on Alcohol on Buses/Coaches
Under Regulations 51(1) (k) of the Public Service Vehicles Regulations (NI) 1985. No. 123 as inserted by Regualtions 47 (13)(a) of the Public Service Vehicles (Amendment) Regulations (NI) 1990 No. 1990 No.201, while a public service vehicle is standing, plying or carrying passengers for hire, a passenger shall not consume alcohol.
