After the change from summer time to GMT when the clocks went back one hour, it means local UK time reverts back to being the same as UTC (Universal Time Co-ordinated) - the time by which all digital tachograhs record driver and vehicle activity.

Drivers should be reminded of the change to ensure their manual entries input into digital tachographs are made in local time.
